Anaqa: A Booking App for Barber and Beauty Salons
Anaqa helps customers find a salon, choose a stylist and book an appointment in a few taps. Whetstonez delivered the brand, the mobile app, the website and the management dashboard.
The challenge
Booking a salon by phone or walking in is inconvenient, especially when customers don't know which stylists are available. Customers also lacked clear information about services and prices, their preferences weren't remembered, and many forgot their appointments.
Our solution
We designed a simple booking experience with real-time availability of stylists and time slots, a detailed service catalogue with prices, personal profiles that remember favourites and past visits, and reminders so customers don't miss their bookings.
