SchooVia: A School Management Platform
SchooVia brings academic progress, behaviour, attendance and school communication into one platform for administrators, teachers, students and parents. Whetstonez designed and built the web platform, mobile app and dashboards.
The challenge
Schools were managing subjects, sections, attendance and behaviour with manual processes and disconnected tools. Teachers found existing systems hard to use, attendance tracking lacked visibility, and communication between teachers, parents and administrators was limited.

SchooVia centralises school data and automates routine tasks. Teachers manage their sections, grades, attendance and behaviour records in one place, while parents and students get real-time updates, announcements and a class feed.
