Eblal lets patients book doctors, manage their health records and consult remotely through one digital platform. Whetstonez carried out the research and UX/UI design and built the app, website and dashboard.
The challenge
Patients struggled to book and manage appointments, had no central place for their medical history, and found it hard to reach doctors between visits. Payments were fragmented and reminders were often missed.
