Depending on the project requirements, time zone alignment, and collaboration needs, our team members may work fully remote, hybrid, or on-site. This flexibility allows us to assemble the best talent for your project, without being limited by geography.
Does the company have a dress code?
We do not enforce a formal dress code at Whetstonez. Team members are free to dress comfortably; however, attire should always be appropriate, professional, and respectful, especially during client meetings, official events, or on-site visits.

May I work part-time?
Yes, we offer part-time opportunities for selected positions. Availability depends on the role, project requirements, and business needs at the time.

What are the working hours?
Our working hours vary by location:
Pakistan office: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saudi Arabia office: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working hours may slightly vary depending on project requirements, client coordination, or role-specific needs.
Does the company pay for courses and certificates?
Yes. Whetstonez supports continuous learning and professional growth. We cover the cost of approved courses and certifications for full-time employees, subject to relevance to the role, business needs, and prior approval.

Are there projects for candidates who speak foreign languages other than English?
Yes. We do have projects that require or benefit from foreign languages in addition to English. Language skills can be a strong advantage, depending on the client, region, and project scope.
